The FGH4KK-1024G-90G-NG/20P incremental encoder is a typical heavy-duty feedback device used in steel, mining, and continuous production lines where long operating cycles and mechanical stability are required. With a resolution of 1024 pulses per revolution, it is commonly applied in speed monitoring and closed-loop control systems.

In practical use, many installations are still running this encoder model after years of service. However, sourcing an identical unit has become challenging, especially when fast maintenance or spare parts are needed. To address this issue, a custom 1:1 replacement encoder can be supplied based on the original application requirements.

The replacement solution follows the original mechanical dimensions, shaft structure, mounting method, and signal characteristics, allowing direct installation without modifying wiring, PLC parameters, or control logic. This significantly reduces commissioning time and maintenance risk.
