We provide a dedicated SSI encoder 1:1 replacement solution for the GM401.020A002 and GM401.A20A002 models, designed for seamless integration into existing absolute multiturn encoder applications. This replacement is engineered to replicate the original interface characteristics and operational behavior, allowing installation without modifications to PLC programs, drive settings, or wiring configurations.
The encoder delivers absolute multiturn position feedback via a Synchronous Serial Interface, combining high singleturn resolution with reliable multiturn tracking. Stable data transmission and consistent signal timing ensure accurate and repeatable position information, even in applications with dynamic motion profiles or continuous operation. Support for standard code formats enables compatibility with common industrial control systems.
