CEV65M-01650 Custom Replacement Encoder (ALT.:110-01650)

A custom replacement encoder is available for CEV65M-01650, developed to match the original mechanical interface and electrical behavior for direct retrofit use. This replacement is intended for maintenance and service applications where absolute position feedback must be restored without modifying the existing mounting arrangement or control system. A shorter and predictable lead time supports efficient machine recovery and planned maintenance schedules.

The original device features a dual communication design (SSI + analogue).
The replacement solution is configured to support one selected interface, based on application requirements. For digital integration, SSI communication with programmable coding can be provided. The encoder offers 4,096 steps per revolution with 4,096 revolutions, ensuring stable multi-turn absolute position feedback. Operation is supported within an 18–27 V DC supply range, and analogue configurations can be matched to 4–20 mA output requirements when specified.

The mechanical configuration includes a 10 mm keyed shaft (10 keyway / 19.5 mm) with a ZB36 flange, allowing direct installation without mechanical adapters. The housing provides IP65 protection and supports operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60 °C. Electrical connection is implemented via a 12-pin connector in axial position, supporting standard industrial cabling practices. Optional functions such as preset, latch, and programmable parameters can be configured to suit specific applications.
