CES58M-00072 Custom Replacement Encoder（CES582M-10072）

A custom replacement encoder is available for CES58M-00072, developed to match the original mechanical interface and electrical behavior.
This replacement is intended for maintenance and retrofit applications where stable absolute position feedback is required. It allows a shorter and more predictable lead time while maintaining compatibility with existing installations and control architectures.

This encoder uses PROFIBUS DP communication with binary output coding.
The resolution is 8,192 steps per revolution with 4,096 revolutions, providing reliable multi-turn absolute position data for motion control tasks. It operates with a supply voltage of 11–27 V DC and transmits data via an RS485 signal level. The communication supports 12 Mbaud operation and conforms to PNO Profile Class 2, enabling standardized parameter handling within PROFIBUS networks.

The mechanical configuration features an 11H7 blind shaft, allowing direct installation without additional adapters.
The housing provides IP65 protection and supports operation within a temperature range of 0 to 60 °C. Electrical connection is implemented through radial cable glands (2× M16 and 1× M12), suitable for industrial cabling environments. Optional configurations include a front-side clamping ring and a three-wing moment support spring for secure mounting.

This replacement solution focuses on functional equivalence for the PROFIBUS interface while preserving mechanical fit, resolution, and electrical compatibility.
