The FGH4K-100G-90G-NG/20P is a low-pulse heavy-duty incremental encoder typically used in industrial systems where rotational speed monitoring is more critical than fine position resolution. With 100 pulses per revolution, it is commonly installed on auxiliary drives, large motors, and slow-speed machinery operating under continuous mechanical load.
In many long-running production lines, this encoder was selected during the original equipment design phase. Over time, users may encounter difficulties sourcing the same model, while replacing it with a different specification often leads to signal mismatch or unstable feedback in the control system.
To address this, a 1:1 custom replacement solution can be provided. The alternative encoder is manufactured according to the original mechanical outline, shaft configuration, pulse count, output signal type, and connector orientation. This allows the encoder to be installed directly without modifying brackets, couplings, or PLC parameters.
