The FGH4K-2000G-90G-NG/20P incremental encoder is a typical heavy-duty model used in large industrial machinery where stable feedback and mechanical endurance are critical. With a 2000 PPR resolution, it is commonly applied in steel processing lines, heavy conveyors, and drive systems that have been in service for many years.
As these systems age, sourcing the original encoder can become increasingly difficult. Long delivery cycles and limited availability often create maintenance risks. To address this, a custom 1:1 replacement solution is provided, developed strictly according to the original installation and operating requirements.
The replacement encoder matches the original in terms of mounting dimensions, shaft configuration, electrical characteristics, and output behavior, allowing direct installation without mechanical modification or controller reprogramming. This approach is especially important for older equipment, where system changes can introduce unnecessary risks.

From an engineering perspective, emphasis is placed on structural integrity and long-term operational stability. Each unit is assembled using industrial-grade components and verified through functional testing before delivery to ensure consistent pulse output and reliable performance under heavy-load conditions.
This customized replacement solution offers a practical way to extend the service life of existing equipment while maintaining operational continuity and predictable maintenance costs.
