For systems using the BAV 1G.24K4096-C6-5 model, we provide a parallel 1:1 replacement designed to maintain full compatibility in mechanical fit, electrical interface, and Gray code output. The replacement allows direct integration into existing setups without changes to wiring or control logic.

This single-turn absolute encoder offers 12-bit resolution, delivering accurate position feedback for high-speed servo and automation applications. It operates on a 10–30 V DC supply, with a max no-load current of 70 mA, and supports high rotational speeds up to 12,000 rpm mechanically. With a robust aluminum housing and servo flange, along with IP65 protection, it is suitable for industrial automation, motion control, and precision machinery requiring reliable and durable absolute position sensing.
