The FG4SS‑1000G‑90G‑NG incremental encoder is a discontinued model commonly used in metallurgical, steel, and heavy machinery applications. Its discontinuation has created procurement challenges for facilities relying on this encoder. To address this, we provide a 1:1 custom replacement solution, replicating the original encoder’s mechanical dimensions, shaft size, electrical connections, and pulse output. This ensures plug-and-play compatibility with existing equipment, eliminating the need for system redesign.

Designed for industrial heavy-duty conditions, the replacement encoder offers precise incremental feedback, stable signal transmission, and reliable operation in environments with vibration, dust, and temperature fluctuations. Optional customizations are available for non-standard pulse rates or supply voltages to meet specific application needs. With a rapid production lead time of approximately 15 working days, operators can maintain continuous production and reduce downtime effectively.
