The FGH4KK-8192G-90G-NG/20P incremental encoder is widely used in heavy-duty industrial environments such as steel processing lines, continuous casting equipment, and large rotating machinery. As original supply becomes increasingly difficult, many users face challenges in maintaining stable operation and sourcing compatible spare parts. To address this issue, we offer a 1:1 custom replacement solution engineered to match the original encoder’s mechanical interface, electrical characteristics, and signal behavior.
This replacement solution maintains the same housing structure, shaft configuration, pulse resolution (8192 PPR), and output logic, allowing direct installation without modification to control systems or mounting brackets. It is designed for high resistance to vibration, shock, and electrical noise, ensuring reliable feedback under harsh operating conditions.
All units are individually tested before delivery to verify signal accuracy and long-term stability. Optional customization is available for cable length, connector orientation, and output voltage levels, supporting both standard and special industrial requirements. This approach helps extend equipment service life while reducing downtime and maintenance risk.
