The FGH4K-8192G-90G-NG/20P is a high-resolution heavy-duty incremental encoder designed for applications that require precise speed and position feedback under continuous load. With 8192 pulses per revolution, it is often used in rolling mills, precision drive systems, and equipment where motion control accuracy directly affects product quality.
In existing installations, this encoder is typically integrated into the system during the early commissioning stage. Once the control logic and mechanical layout are fixed, replacing it with a different specification can introduce unnecessary risks. However, sourcing the original model has become increasingly difficult for many users.
To ensure operational continuity, a 1:1 custom replacement encoder can be produced based on the original configuration. The replacement unit matches the pulse resolution, mounting dimensions, shaft interface, electrical signals, and connection method, allowing direct installation without changes to the machine structure or control program.
