We provide a fully compatible SSI encoder 1:1 replacement solution for the GM401.0122102 and GM401.A122102 models, designed for direct substitution in absolute multiturn positioning systems. This replacement is engineered to replicate the original encoder’s electrical interface, SSI timing behavior, and data structure, enabling installation without changes to PLC programs, drive parameters, or wiring layouts.
The encoder delivers absolute multiturn position feedback via a Synchronous Serial Interface, combining high singleturn resolution with reliable multiturn tracking across multiple revolutions. Stable code transmission and consistent sampling behavior ensure accurate and repeatable position data, even in applications with frequent acceleration, deceleration, or continuous operation. The supported coding structure allows smooth integration with standard industrial controllers and motion control platforms.
