The FGH4K-1200G-90G-NG/20P is a heavy-duty incremental encoder commonly installed on industrial equipment where stable feedback is required over long operating cycles. With a resolution of 1200 pulses per revolution, it is frequently used in drive systems that demand consistent speed control and reliable signal transmission under harsh conditions.

In many OEM-built machines, this encoder was selected during the original design phase and validated through long-term operation. When the original model becomes difficult to source, replacing it with a different specification often leads to unnecessary adjustments to mechanical structures or control logic.

To support ongoing maintenance needs, an OEM-level 1:1 custom replacement can be provided. The alternative encoder is manufactured to replicate the original mechanical dimensions, shaft configuration, pulse output, and electrical interface, allowing it to fit seamlessly into existing equipment.
