We provide a dedicated SSI encoder 1:1 replacement solution for the GM400.012A102 and GM400.A12A102 models, developed for direct use in existing absolute multiturn systems. This replacement is designed to replicate the original electrical behavior, data structure, and interface timing, allowing straightforward integration without modifying PLC logic, drive parameters, or wiring layouts.
The encoder operates via a Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) and delivers high-resolution absolute position feedback across both singleturn and multiturn ranges. With stable code transmission and support for common code formats, it ensures consistent and repeatable position data even in applications with frequent acceleration, deceleration, or rapid sampling requirements. High switching performance enables reliable communication in systems where precise synchronization between encoder and controller is essential.


From a mechanical perspective, the replacement encoder is compatible with standard industrial mounting arrangements, enabling easy installation on existing shafts.
