This solution is developed as a direct technical replacement, emphasizing signal consistency, mounting compatibility, and long-term operational reliability rather than generalized performance claims.

The replacement encoder is based on a multi-turn absolute sensing principle and communicates via an SSI interface using Gray code, matching the data format and timing requirements of the original unit. Position feedback is provided with 4096 steps per revolution and 4096 multi-turn counts, ensuring accurate absolute positioning across repeated cycles and long travel ranges. The device operates within a DC 10–32 V supply range and supports SSI transmission frequencies up to 300 kHz, allowing stable integration into motion control systems with higher update demands. Mechanically, the encoder is designed for continuous operation at speeds up to 8000 rpm, while reinforced internal structures provide resistance to 100 g shock and 20 g vibration.
