The MA410-AC-H1024 belongs to the MA410 heavy duty incremental platform. This coded version combines A for aluminium housing, C for terminal box connection, H for HTL output, and 1024 for pulse rate. The encoder uses an RS422A-compatible line driver and provides incremental channels, marker pulse, inverted outputs, and power sense lines.

Mechanically, the unit is based on the Ø11 mm keyed shaft and EURO-flange B10 platform. Compared with cable and connector versions, the terminal-box type emphasizes serviceable field wiring and cable-gland continuity.

Industrial Integration Considerations

For this model, the primary compatibility factor is the terminal-box installation logic. In many retrofit projects, terminal-box versions are selected because they support easier maintenance access, wiring modifications, and field service without changing the encoder body.

The aluminium-housing platform is also relevant where the original installation does not require stainless construction but still depends on the heavy-duty bearing and shaft platform. Preserving HTL 1024 ppr continuity remains important for stable controller compatibility.
