Today, we would like to introduce a special product designed for track grinding vehicles. This product is a rotary encoder with the model number: HTT 3400935.
This product is manufactured by Harsco Rail and is commonly used in the rail transportation industry. The HTT 3400935 is widely adopted in China, with nearly all subway systems utilizing it. Its utility is self-evident.
Regarding the replacement model for this product, it was developed by us on behalf of a subway company. Please take a look at the actual appearance of this product.
The left side shows the original model photo of HTT 3400935, while the two photos on the right are of our replacement model. This is the first version of the product we developed.
Later, we upgraded the product. We replaced the original aluminum alloy housing with a stainless steel housing, enabling it to perform seamlessly in complex environments.
We helped the subway company develop this replacement product, mainly to solve the customer's procurement issues. In China, the production cycle for this type of product is usually relatively short, and the price is relatively affordable. More importantly, it is in line with the trend of “product localization.”
