CEV65M-00444 SSI Multi-Turn Absolute Encoder: Replacement Solution Overview

A customer came to inquire about an encoder, and this is the model number: CEV65M-00444.

This customer is a bit anxious and wants to resolve the application issue in a short period of time. I don't have this product in stock, and only after an inquiry did I learn that this is a model from 2005.

This is an absolute value encoder with SSI communication launched by TR Encoder, with a resolution of 4096*4096 in Gray code. Flange size: 65mm, boss size: 36mm, shaft hole: 10mm. With these data, we can easily match a replacement solution.

First, we will process the corresponding flange size, which is very important for using a matching installation structure. Next, it's the internal structure and circuit. The resolution parameter can be set to the standard 4096*4096. The wiring uses an M23-12 aviation plug. This completes the replacement solution.
