862209116-2500: A Heavy-Duty Encoder with an Uncommon Number of Pulses

This is an encoder model introduced by LEINE LINDE, which is quite popular in the wind power industry. For some unknown reason, this product with 2500 pulses has become difficult to purchase, at least in our country.

Since last year, three wind farms have commissioned custom-made substitutes for this model. In addition, there have been several suppliers intermittently coming to customize substitutes as well.

Based on customer feedback, this model was introduced quite early, and it is now used relatively less. It is mainly used in some older models of generator equipment, mostly in the spare parts market.

862209116-2500: A Heavy-Duty Encoder with an Uncommon Number of Pulses-EncoderWorks

The focus of the substitution plan for this product is the 2500 pulse count; everything else is not a major issue. For generator encoders, the substitute models we offer are basically consistent with the imported models, and even the components can be interchangeable.

In terms of appearance and size, we provide a 1:1 installation size. In terms of parameters, we also offer consistent pulses to meet the needs of on-site applications.

Currently, our substitute products have received a lot of praise from wind farm customers. Although this model is not commonly used, we have also provided a substitution solution under existing technology.

For generator encoders, including but not limited to this model, we can offer substitution solutions. The main focus is to solve the problem of difficult procurement in the market and to reduce costs.
