The AC58/1212EK.72DPZ model has been inquired about quite frequently lately, presumably by the same end customer. The intermediary called in needing 10 replacement units urgently, with a very tight delivery deadline of only 7 days.
Fortunately, this model of the encoder shares the same dimensions as our standard encoders. This simplifies matters significantly, as we only need to ensure the resolution matches. Happily, the resolution is also a standard 4096*4096. Consequently, it won't take 7 days; it can be done in just three days.
Overall, the alternative solution for this model is very straightforward. Our standard products can fully replace it, with one important precondition: the technical staff must be able to replace the GSD file.
