FG40K-2048G-90G-NG is a heavy-duty incremental encoder that frequently appears on production lines in the metallurgical industry and is considered a very important encoder.

In recent years, the procurement of this product has not been smooth, at least in our country and seemingly in neighboring countries as well. The main issue is the long lead times for delivery.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, domestic metallurgical enterprises began to commission the development of alternative solutions. We also undertook the development of alternative solutions and successfully developed an alternative solution for the FG40K-2048G-90G-NG product.

After the successful development of the alternative solutions for the FG40K series, we received high recognition from customers in neighboring countries. Although the purchase quantities are not large, the procurement difficulties have been resolved.
This series of encoder products is not our core product; it is a non-standard custom product and is not available in stock. If there is a need for this type of product, it is necessary to allow for a production cycle. After all, the overall demand for such products is not high, and we can only help solve the problems.
