FG40K-5000G-90G-NG:Alternative Instructions for Uncommon Models

FG40K-5000G-90G-NG, an encoder with this pulse parameter is not very common. This encoder is typically used in heavy-duty applications such as metallurgy. Today, we will mainly introduce the corresponding alternative product solutions.

As of now, only two customers have commissioned alternative products for this 5000ppr model. It is evident that its usage is truly minimal. However, that is not a problem, as our alternative products can cover the entire FG40K series.

The two customers for this model were one in China and one in Russia, both in the metallurgical industry. In fact, the pulse models with higher procurement volumes are 1024ppr, 2048ppr, and 8192ppr.

FG40K-5000G-90G-NG: Flange: 115mm, Pulses: 5000ppr, Shaft diameter: 11mm. The key parameters for the entire product are these. Some require a base, while others do not. We default to providing the product without a base.

You can observe the differences through the images. Since it is not mass-produced, we did not use die-casting processes. Our housings are milled from solid blocks of metal, hence the absence of die-cast shapes. In fact, this makes them more robust.

Today, I have specifically written several blog posts to document products related to the FG40K series. Currently, we can provide alternative products to solve applications for the entire series of encoders. This month, we have received WhatsApp inquiries from customers in Indonesia and the Middle East for other models. Therefore, it is beneficial to write more records for easy reference. Some alternative products have not been publicly announced.
