FG40K-2000G-90G-NG and FG40K-4096G-90G-NG:Encoder Alternative Product Notes

Today's notes will introduce two encoder models, FG40K-2000G-90G-NG and FG40K-4096G-90G-NG. These are two parameter models within a series, one with a pulse count of 2000ppr and the other with 4096ppr.

Both encoders are heavy-duty models with the same installation dimensions. The flange is 115mm, and the shaft diameter is 11mm; the only difference is the pulse count. We will record both in the same note.

The alternative products for these two models mainly differ in the development of internal electrical parameters. The housing and mechanical parts are the same. We just need to complete the electrical parts separately.

Our housings are treated with a black finish, which gives a more robust appearance. The housing machining process uses milling, as we do not employ die-casting processes for small batch orders. Although this approach is more expensive, it results in a more solid product.

You can clearly see the appearance of the entire product through the photos, and its performance in actual applications is also impressive. In China's steel industry, it has already demonstrated excellent results, and feedback from customers in the metallurgical and chemical industries in countries like Russia, Indonesia, and the Middle East has been positive.

Of course, the procurement quantities for such products are generally small. We use custom-made solutions to meet everyone's needs, which will involve a certain production cycle. However, this cycle is relatively short. In summary, we can meet the demands in a short period of time.
