The FGH4KK-1200G-90G-NG/20P incremental encoder is a mid-resolution heavy-duty model widely used in long-running industrial systems such as rolling equipment, material handling lines, and high-load drive assemblies. With 1200 pulses per revolution, it provides stable feedback suitable for speed and position monitoring in harsh environments.
In many legacy installations, sourcing an identical encoder has become increasingly difficult due to extended lead times or limited availability. To ensure uninterrupted operation, a 1:1 custom replacement solution is developed based on the original mechanical and electrical specifications.
