For systems originally configured with CES65M-10012, a customized replacement solution can be provided to maintain the original encoder’s role within the control architecture. This replacement is developed to match the existing mechanical installation and electrical interface, allowing the encoder to be integrated without modifying mounting structures, wiring layouts, or controller configurations.

From a technical standpoint, the replacement unit is designed as a multi-turn absolute encoder with a fieldbus communication interface equivalent to the original PROFIBUS DP configuration. The absolute position information is resolved at 4096 steps per revolution combined with 4096 multi-turn counts, ensuring consistent position feedback across power cycles. Communication behavior, data format, and transmission timing are aligned with the configured bus profile, supporting stable operation in distributed control systems. The encoder operates within a comparable industrial voltage range and uses a 10 mm blind hollow shaft (H7 tolerance) to ensure accurate mechanical coupling. Housing strength, bearing stability, and signal integrity are optimized for continuous-duty operation under vibration and typical industrial environmental conditions.
