10-S13Y1_R-50: It is a pull-wire sensor introduced by P+F, which should have been a while ago. It is now said that this product has been discontinued.
However, there are still some projects that use the previous equipment and need to be replaced. As a result, an application customer has found us to customize a substitute for this product.
Upon examining the samples sent by the customer, we found that this is not a standard product. At least the flange of the encoder is not a standard one, exuding a non-standard atmosphere.
We surveyed the dimensions of the flange and custom-produced the parts, finally providing the customer with an encoder product with the same parameters. The original plan was to use a synchronous flange to replace the original flange, which would not have any issues in application. However, the customer also needed to replace half of the product that was damaged, requiring a seamless complement. In the end, a completely 1:1 design scheme was adopted.
