The product to be introduced today is the following encoder model: IRS960-1200 ID 651002-10. This journal primarily discusses the alternative products for this model, as well as the production and development process.

Starting last year, domestic steel companies have commissioned the development of alternative products for this model. It is said that the procurement of the prototype product is very difficult, and according to customer feedback, the original product model is about to be discontinued. I have not received any definite information about this; if anyone knows, please let me know.

The company that commissioned us is a Chinese steel enterprise. They are in urgent need of this product and hope we can help develop an alternative product as soon as possible. We completed the relevant development last year and have delivered the product.

IRS960-1200 ID: 651002-10, the parameters of this encoder are as follows:

  • Incremental Rotary Encoders for separate rotor coupling
  • Outer Diameter: 120 mm
  • Length: 115 mm
  • Shaft Diameter: 15 mm

We have developed a 1:1 alternative product, and the customer feedback has been very positive. If it is indeed an encoder product that is difficult to procure, please contact us. We will produce alternative products in a non-standard format for everyone.

This product was successfully developed last year, but no journal was published at that time. Recently, we have received several inquiries, especially from Russia. To facilitate everyone's search for product information, we are updating them one by one today.
