This incremental rotary encoder is engineered to provide a precise customized replacement for the RVI78N-10CALA31N-02000 model, ensuring full mechanical and electrical compatibility with existing systems. The design follows a 1:1 replacement principle, matching installation dimensions, shaft configuration, flange structure, and signal characteristics. It delivers stable incremental output suitable for motion control, automation equipment, and industrial feedback applications, while maintaining reliable performance in continuous operation environments.
To support fast project execution and equipment maintenance, this encoder solution offers a short lead time of approximately 10–15 working days, even for customized specifications. Key parameters such as resolution, output type, operating voltage, and protection level can be accurately matched to original requirements, reducing commissioning effort and system downtime. This customized replacement approach helps simplify procurement, improve supply chain flexibility, and ensure consistent performance for both new installations and retrofit projects.

Incremental rotary encoder RVI78
Description
One special feature of this incremental rotary encoder is the mechanical versatility of the flange. The rotary encoder has a centering shoulder with a diameter of 42 mm and one with a diameter of 56 mm.
In addition to the four M4 holes, the encoder has a servo infeed on the circumference. This allows you to make a slight adjustment to the reference point of the incremental rotary encoder by turning the housing.
The clamping element that grips into the servo infeed ensures that the incremental rotary encoder stays firmly in place without slipping out of adjustment.
The pulse disk is designed in plastic up to 1500 pulses. Beyond that, glass is used.
