POG10DN1024I: Solid Shaft, Incremental Encoder with B10 Flange

Recently, there has been an uptick in inquiries for encoder replacements, which are tending towards standard products.

This is an incremental encoder, model POG10DN1024I, which features a solid shaft with a B10 flange. It is said that this model is also included in the list of models to be discontinued. Three models have received discontinuation feedback this time, and this is one of them.

The replacement customization commission this time is for a steel company, which had already provided a replacement plan a month ago. Due to the urgency of time, the customer's inventory is insufficient, hence the urgency. The customer's order quantity is considerable, so the custom replacement adopted a 1:1 replication plan. In terms of appearance, it is almost identical, with only minor differences.

The custom encoder has a solid shaft size of 11mm, complete with a keyway. It is equipped with a large terminal box, consistent with the original product. The pulse is chosen with a 1024 code disc, which is the number of pulses commonly used by the customer. The B10 flange size is 115mm, with a boss of 85mm.

After more than a month of development, the replacement customization work has been completed as of today, and the next step is delivery. I happened to have some time today, so I came to update this news, hoping to help more enterprises in need.
