AMG 11S 25 Z0 (AMG11S25Z0) is an encoder with an SSI communication protocol, launched by Baumer. This encoder model has a broad range of applications and has consistently enjoyed a strong market demand.
A few days ago, a procurement officer from a steel mill consulted us for an alternative product. Regarding the AMG11, I don't have any definitive news yet and am uncertain about the product's status. The customer's feedback indicates difficulty in procurement; it is challenging to source domestically.
We do have an alternative solution for the AMG11S25Z0, especially for applications in the steel industry, where we offer a stainless steel solution. By using our original 78mm stainless steel SSI communication protocol, coupled with a 115mm flange solution, a perfect substitution can be achieved.
Regarding the resolution, this is a 25-bit encoder with a specification of 4096*8192. The shaft diameter is 11mm.
The main task here is the custom production and machining of the 115mm flange. We have extensive experience with this flange, having manufactured many similar products. Our machining center's equipment stores the relevant production parameters, allowing us to schedule production directly.
Recently, we have been quite busy, so we have extended the delivery times for new customers. For this customer, we have set the delivery time to 10 working days. Going forward, we will no longer accept rush orders as part of our regular operations. The pressure from such orders is particularly high. For special cases, we can expedite the process, but for regular business, we will follow the standard delivery times.
