Today is Thursday, and I'm writing a note about two incremental encoders: FG40K-10000G-90G-NG and FG40K-16384G-90G-NG. Both are heavy-duty incremental encoders, and it's worth noting that they have exceptionally high pulse counts.
A while ago, there were inquiries about these two encoders, but the number of inquiries was not high. Therefore, I didn't write a record note. Today, there is another inquiry from a customer, so I'll take some time to document it.
What we provide is an alternative product solution.
The FG40K series of encoders has always been challenging to procure. Even with access to channels, the delivery times are quite long. Thus, a steel enterprise customer commissioned us to develop this set of alternative product solutions. After being applied on-site, more people have started to take notice.
Our alternative products are produced in a custom-made, non-standard form, and there is no stock available; production can only be arranged after placing an order. It's important for everyone to understand this. Another reason is that the procurement quantity for such products is usually small, and we do not mass-produce and stock them. We only aim to help everyone solve procurement challenges and quickly get back to production.
The installation dimensions and application parameters of the alternative product solutions correspond one-to-one. Below, I will post actual product photos for your reference.
The above image is the actual photo of our alternative product. After being applied in several steel mills, the overall feedback has been good. As the word spreads, the alternative products have become known in neighboring countries. We have received positive feedback from countries such as Russia, the Middle East, and Indonesia.
In summary, there is no need to worry about the quality issues.
Since the launch of this blog, it has mainly recorded products that are difficult to procure and alternatives for discontinued products.
