This is a Profinet protocol absolute encoder introduced by TWK company. Today, we received a customer inquiry seeking an alternative solution. Overall, the substitution for this product is not that complex. It mainly involves altering the flange structure size based on the standard Profinet protocol absolute encoder.

Let's first examine the parameters of this encoder product. It features a 64mm clamping flange, a 10mm solid shaft, a resolution of 4096*4096, and communicates via the Profinet protocol.

Armed with these parameters, we can proceed. We first machine a corresponding 64mm clamping flange, and then use a 58mm aluminum alloy housing to complete the structural alternative solution.

Regarding the circuitry and internal mechanics, we have well-designed application solutions. After being tested by technical personnel, assembly can commence.
