CRD65-8192R4096C2Z01 is an encoder model introduced by TWK Company.
This is an absolute encoder with a Profibus-DP communication protocol and a resolution of 8192*4096. This encoder model has a relatively wide range of applications, including many extrusion machines that have adopted this encoder.
In recent years, the procurement of this encoder model has been quite challenging, at least in my country. Many enterprises face difficulties during procurement, often delaying projects due to product lead time issues.
At the behest of our clients, we have developed a comprehensive alternative model solution for the CRD series, including CRD58, CRD65, and CRD66. This development was undertaken to assist steel enterprises during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the years, the feedback from various complex industrial applications has been positive.
Our alternative model solution primarily focuses on installation dimensions and application parameters. The installation dimensions mainly pertain to the flange type, which is replicated 1:1 using machining center equipment after drafting the drawings. As for application parameters, we have a mature electrical solution that can be directly assembled and tested.
During the initial development under commission, the production time was relatively longer. Now, with a complete production solution in place, we can complete product manufacturing in a very short period. This is also the reason why many friends choose us again.
The encoder products in this series have received positive feedback in countries such as Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Brazil. Although this is a niche demand, we also feel a sense of achievement.
Encoders with the Profibus-DP communication protocol are essentially in demand in the spare parts market to a small extent. No companies are developing new products anymore. Our presence is aimed at solving problems and promoting this product.
My entire blog is dedicated to publishing information on "hard-to-procure products," either products with long lead times or discontinued products. These niche products do not bring significant benefits to our company. We aim to showcase our "manufacturing capabilities" through problem-solving and further present our newer encoder products.
