862209526-2048: A Heavy-Duty Incremental Encoder with a 17mm Shaft Hole, Including an Alternative Solution

This is a heavy-duty incremental encoder introduced by LEINE LINDE, featuring a 17mm shaft hole. A customer inquired about an alternative solution for this product. We happen to have a 1:1 replacement product available.

For the 862 series of products, we have a development foundation that allows us to create a 1:1 replica. Both the external dimensions and the analytical parameters can be made identical.

Take the product 862209526, for example; our alternative solution uses an outer diameter of 99.5mm and a 1:10 taper with a 17mm keyway hole. The parameter is set at 2048 pulses per revolution (ppr).

A perfect replacement!

We have some experience in replacing LEINE LINDE products, especially the 861, 862, and 865 series. In the wind power sector, our products have been applied in several large wind farms. In the wind power generator encoder market, our applications are quite extensive.

In recent years, we have also been continuously replacing products in some countries around us, particularly in large wind farms. They usually purchase encoders in bulk through customized orders, delivered to them in OEM form.

For sporadic customers, we provide our own product models as replacements for corresponding products. We have a complete set of encoder replacement solutions for the entire wind power sector.
