FG40K-1024G-90G-NG is an incremental encoder, widely used in heavy-duty fields such as metallurgy. This encoder has a broad range of applications and is a very popular equipment accessory.

Today, we are introducing an alternative product for the FG40K-1024G-90G-NG. This alternative solution was developed under the commission of a steel enterprise. The alternative product was developed against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic when there was significant resistance to the flow of goods, and many products were unattainable. This product also encountered procurement issues, leading customers to opt for alternative solutions.

In fact, even to this day, the delivery time for this product remains quite long.

FG40K-1024G-90G-NG: Flange size: 115mm, Pulse count: 1024ppr (pulses per revolution), Shaft diameter: 11mm. The above are all the application parameters for this product. Of course, a very small portion of products select a shaft diameter of 14mm. This situation is rare but still worth mentioning. Since the order quantities for this type of encoder are relatively small, we did not use die-casting to produce the housing. Although this increases the cost somewhat, it is negligible given the low volume.
