Recently, with the increased inquiries for the model AMG11P29Z0, the urgency of customer demand for delivery times has been growing. To address this, we have formulated a new alternative solution.
Firstly, the AMG11P29Z0 is an encoder with a Profibus-dp communication protocol, which is a fundamental element. We must provide an alternative solution based on this.
Another point is the installation size. It is a B10 flange with a size of 115mm, which is an important basis for the installation part.
With the above two points, we can quickly match the alternative solution. We use a 78mm Profibus-dp protocol encoder, coupled with a B10 flange, to perfectly solve the issue. We produce a B10 flange of the same size through a machining center and install it at the front end of the 78mm encoder. In this way, we have formed an encoder.
So far, our alternative solution for AMG11P29Z0 is complete. It not only ensures the installation size but also guarantees the application parameters, which can be described as perfect. The most important thing is that this solution requires a shorter time investment, which can greatly shorten the delivery time.
The presentation of this alternative solution is thanks to our existing 78mm rotary encoder. This is a product we have already developed, and by installing the corresponding B10 flange on this basis, the problem is solved.
In practical applications, this alternative version of the encoder poses no technical challenges and can be replaced in parallel. The only point that needs to be clarified is that the installation technicians will need to replace the GSD file. Of course, this is also the most basic requirement for technicians.
